UZAZU Embodied Intelligence offers a practical, body-based approach to working with the states that shape how we experience ourselves and engage with life. This workshop introduces:
The 4 Areas of Embodiment—Inner Experience, Self-Agency, Connection, and Collaboration—as a map for understanding your embodied patterns.
Specific approaches to attention, posture, and movement that can support you in accessing states that don’t always come easily.
The 9 Modes of UZAZU—embodied patterns that relate to what we’re called to feel and do within ourselves, with others, and in the world.
A process for integrating powerful experiences (such as healing/medicine journeys, retreats, dreams, travels) using UZAZU’s framework.
The day is experiential and exploratory. You’ll have opportunities to feel the practices in your own system and discover what resonates for you. Through this exploration, you may find yourself becoming more fluent in your body’s language—better able to recognize and work with your states rather than being overtaken by them. Many participants notice a quieter sense of confidence in navigating moments that previously felt overwhelming or automatic. You might also experience a greater sense of coherence. UZAZU can help the various practices and insights you’ve gathered over time find a place to land and organize—in a way that feels more integrated and less fragmented.
The day includes: Guided movement and somatic exploration // Time for personal integration through writing/drawing, conversation, and freeform movement // Handouts mapping the 4 Areas and 9 Modes // Two audio recordings for continued practice // Discount for an upcoming online learning event.
By attending this workshop you are welcomed to join UZAZU’s ongoing practice group, which continues in January UZAZU offers tools for navigating inner and outer experience with greater fluidity. This is an exploration, not a prescription—your embodied wisdom will guide what’s useful, and the practices are yours to adapt in whatever ways serve you.
