First Friday at GMC: Drinks with Jam + Open House
Healing Artist Feature: Drinks with Jam
This month we’re hyped to feature Jamaica, a young Portland icon who isn’t waiting for permission to change the culture — she’s doing it herself. Portland’s nightlife is saturated with alcohol, and for many of us, it’s hard to find a space where you can vibe, connect, and be your full self without the pressure to drink. Jamaica is flipping that script. With Drinks with Jam, she’s creating bold, intentional spaces that center joy, creativity, and community without the hangovers and poor choices that come with the typical bar scene. Using Ritual Zero Proof spirits, homemade shrubs, and her own signature syrups, she crafts mocktails that hit all the notes without taking you out the next day. Mocktails will be for purchase; tea and light bites provided.
Good Medicine Community Gallery & Open House: Come Catch the Vibe
Alongside Jamaica’s pop-up, Good Medicine is opening its doors for a First Friday Open House. Come walk through the gallery, meet community members, and feel the vibe that makes GMC a grounding point in the city. Whether you’re curious about the healing arts, looking for a place that feels different from Portland’s usual nightlife, or just want to be around good people doing good things, this is the night. Bring a friend, grab a mocktail, explore the space, and experience a Friday built around presence, connection, and the kind of culture shift we actually want to see.
