Healers in Residency

Supporting healers. Expanding access. Strengthening community care.

At Good Medicine Collective, we believe healing is strengthened through community, mentorship, collaboration and access.

The Healers in Residence program was created to support emerging and evolving practitioners as they deepen their healing work, grow sustainable practices and become more connected to a wider community of care.

Many gifted healers encounter financial, social, cultural and systemic barriers as they work to bring their gifts into the world. Through this residency, Good Medicine offers space, mentorship, visibility, shared resources and meaningful opportunities for connection and collaboration.

The Residency

Healers in Residence are invited into the life of Good Medicine Collective, with opportunities to:

  • Offer and curate healing experiences for individuals and the wider community

  • Collaborate with practitioners across disciplines

  • Build mentorship relationships with experienced healers

  • Share demonstrations of their healing art within Good Medicine Heart Circles

  • Access shared space, resources and community support

  • Develop confidence, visibility and sustainability within their practice

  • Contribute their unique gifts to a collective rooted in holistic wellbeing and community care

At the heart of the residency is a simple belief: when healers are supported, connected and resourced, their capacity to care for others grows too.

Healing, Equity + Access

Equity and access are foundational values of Good Medicine Collective.

The Healers in Residence program centers practitioners who have experienced significant barriers to launching or sustaining their healing practice, particularly those whose lived experiences, identities and community relationships allow them to expand access to care for underserved, underrepresented and vulnerable communities.

We see healing as relational. It grows through connection, belonging, reciprocity and the many ways we care for one another.

Through this residency, we hope to help cultivate a more diverse, connected and sustainable ecosystem of healing within our community.
