🌿 Wild Soul's Journey Dance
Moving Through the Seasons of the Soul
This conscious dance journey invites you into the living cycles of the soul.
In nature, life unfolds through seasons of birth, growth, blooming, harvest, and return to the soil. Our inner lives move through these same rhythms. Through guided movement and music, we will dance through the archetypal stages of the Wild Soul's Journey. Awakening the energies of the Child, Adolescent, Adult, and Elder within us.
Rather than learning choreography, this is a practice of conscious dance. Listening to the intelligence of the body and allowing movement to arise from within. Each season of the dance invites a different quality of energy: curiosity, inner authority, passion, surrender, and wisdom.
This gathering also offers a taste and prelude to the Wild Soul's Journey—Plant Ally Circles that honor a deeper path of soul exploration guided by nature and plant teachers. During the evening we will meet Dandelion as our plant ally, sharing tea and opening to the presence and wisdom of this plant as a guide for the dance. Each participant will also receive a Dandelion flower essence bottle to take home, supporting continued integration and relationship beyond the evening.
This evening is not the full Wild Souls Journey offering but a gentle doorway into its landscape. The deeper journey of the soul unfolds over time. Through relationship, season, and lived experience. It cannot be rushed or completed in a single offering. But we can begin to sense its rhythms, to touch into the patterns that shape our lives, and to listen for what is quietly moving within us.
If you’ve journeyed through the Wild Soul's Journey before, this evening offers a space for integration. A chance to reconnect with the seasons through the body and notice what is still unfolding within you.
Plants have long served as elders and teachers to humans. In this space, the plant is not something we analyze, but a living ally whose spirit can accompany and inform our experience.
Together we will move, listen, and remember the deeper rhythms of the soul that live within us and the living earth.
