You are invited to join Brad Peirce at Good Medicine Collective in Portland, Maine to experience all or parts of a 4-season / 12 session transformational leadership program in 2025.
This highly interactive, facilitator-led series of workshops is designed to develop new levels of systems awareness, sense-making, and mind/body/nature alignment, to restore hope, vitality, creativity, and courage in the face of change, and to learn and practice life-affirming leadership skills that are needed to: 1) successfully navigate today’s Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous (VUCA) world and, 2) create conditions for greater wellness, healthier relationships, better performance, and for ALL of life to thrive.
Brad designed and curates each session for deep learning, insights and connection. Each session offers frameworks, tools and resources, and experiential learning methodologies that include both large and small group discussions as well as opportunities to put learning into practice so that it can be applied at home and work.
Cost: $25 per Session, $60 for each Season, $250 for the Full Program (includes recordings of each session)
Season 1: Autumn: Navigating Today's Meta-Crisis
Session 1 (Jan 30): Re-Orienting In Liminal Times
You are not lost, crazy, nor alone. We are living in a time between worlds; faced with environmental, economic, and social challenges that can feel overwhelming, insurmountable, and even scary. What worked for us in the past no longer seems to work nor make sense anymore. Our future is uncertain.
Join us for the Autumn Season (3 sessions) to reorient ourselves amidst change, complexity and chaos, to better understand how we got into this mess, and to re-imagine what's possible going forward.
More about Session 1: In this 90-min workshop, we will take a brief walk through time to look at how human history has shaped our inner landscapes (worldviews, thoughts, and patterns) that have contributed to many of the challenges we face today. We will explore where we are today and how to shift our mindsets about the Meta-Crisis and V.U.C.A. (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) in which we live. We will dive into the 3 Horizons Model and other models to uncover new ways of thinking and relating to ourselves, each other, and the world for a more thrivable future.
