Inner Bloom: Women's Wellness Day Retreat

About the event

Are you feeling out of sync, overwhelmed, or simply not aligned with what you truly want in life? This summer, it's time to cut through the noise and invest in your foundation. Join us for Inner Bloom, a powerful and practical wellness day designed to directly address your core needs for clarity, strength, and confidence.

We've brought together all-female experts to guide you through a transformative experience, helping you reconnect to your mind and body to find inner peace and lasting strength.

Workshop Details:

  • 10:00 am Welcome + Opening

  • 10:15 am Cultivating a Mindset for Empowered Living with Ali Cabana: True, embodied health and wellness starts with your mind. What we think and believe about ourselves and our world is the absolute foundation of living an empowered, aligned and resilient life. Together, we will explore our “inner landscape”, understand barriers to a healthy, empowered mindset and learn how to release beliefs rooted in fear by using self compassion and inquiry. This workshop is designed to awaken you from the inside out, guiding you to a place of love and power.

  • 11:15 am The Slow Bloom: Gentle Movement & Deep Stretch with Leah Foti: Reconnect with your body through gentle movement and deep stretch, learning to truly listen to what it needs.

  • 12:15 pm Lunch: We’ll enjoy a nutritious meal together to connect over our newly shared experiences.

  • 1:00 pm Pelvic Floor Connection Workshop with Karla Ehlers: Learn breathing & movement strategies to connect to your pelvic floor & inner core to improve: self love, confidence and pelvic health related concerns like urinary or bowel leakage, constipation, core strength and pelvic/low back pain. No issues? Love that for you! Pelvic health education & prevention is vital to women’s health & this info is guaranteed to open your eyes to a new self care or workout routine!

  • 2:00 pm Steeped in Connection with Rachel Corin: Unwind and reflect during this closing session designed to ground you in everything you’ve experienced throughout the day. Sip from a refreshing DIY iced tea bar while connecting and creating your own Anchor Stone: a personal symbol of what you’re carrying forward from the workshop.
