Improv Workshop

Improv Workshop
with Meg Christie & Sandra Sneiderman

Join us for a 90-minute immersive improv workshop designed to spark creativity and build meaningful connections. Through a series of playful exercises blending movement, sound, and improvisation, we’ll explore themes of letting go, renewal, and emotional expression in a supportive, judgment-free space.

What to Expect

  • Playful Sound and Movement: Begin with fun games that help you tap into your body and voice.

  • Emotional Expression: Use improv to express and share your stories in real time.

  • Group and Partner Exercises: Deepen connections and build group energy through shared experiences.

  • Witnessing and Vulnerability: Embrace the power of being seen and hearing others’ experiences and stories in a safe, welcoming environment.

No previous improv experience is required—whether you’re new to this or have some experience, the workshop is designed to be accessible and enjoyable for all. It’s a chance to relax, take risks, and explore your creative self.
