Internal Family Systems (IFS) Exploration

  • Good Medicine Collective 231 York Street Portland, ME, 04102 United States (map)

This 4-week experiential series offers a grounded, accessible introduction to Internal Family Systems (IFS) — a self-healing modality rooted in curiosity, compassion, and inner connection.

Blending psychoeducation with guided inner work, we’ll explore how parts of us form in response to life experiences, and how reconnecting with our deeper Self can bring healing, clarity, and wholeness. Expect a mix of learning, sharing, and embodied practice. This introduction is open to all— no prior experience with IFS required.
