Courage in the Dark: Exploring tender places of the heart

This spring, with the hope of contacting and being with our shared grief, Riverbird Clinic is offering a multi-week, soul-opening, heart-expanding ketamine-assisted therapy (KAT) cohort to support the softening of our habituated and often unconscious defense strategies, and in turn, being with grief. Full Moon Kundalini Yoga Circle with Melissa Chen

Raise your Kundalini energy alongside community. Combining powerful movements, breathwork, mudras, meditation and chanting, Kundalini yoga — known as the yoga of awareness — offers us potent practices that clear out stagnant energy from the body and strengthen the nervous system to ground us in our inner authority during a time of collective chaos.

Melissa Chen will lead us through a kriya tailored to meet the energies of this Full Moon in Libra, followed by an integration circle and community tea + snacks. This practice is open to both new and experienced yoga practitioners, and a range of modifications will be provided to ensure accessibility.

Scholarships avaialble to BIPOC community. Hosted by GMC member - Lara Schneider Turnure.
